Attaché Defence Equipment - Policy and Trade
Stephen Palmer joined the Ministry of Defence in 1978. He has served in a number of posts in the Ministry of Defence head office and in the Defence Procurement Agency. Prior to taking up the post of Attaché Defence Equipment (Policy and Trade) in August 2005, Stephen led the MOD’s Defence Test and Evaluation Group. Stephen is responsible for general legislative, regulatory and policy matters, including industrial mergers and acquisitions.
